    Studio C developed a mater signage program for the 250,000 s.f. campus that includes a way finding system providing a pleasant and easy experience for the pedestrian and vehicular traffic.

    Studio C worked with the City’s Planning Department to obtain permits for monument signs, retail tenant signs, building code signs, all interior signs and garage signs.

    Studio C first created the logo, the 3 walnut leaves representing the 3 buildings on the site, then we applied the same graphics to leasing and marketing materials and the signage program, ensuring the consistency of the project’s branding.
